For just £2.99 we provide a next working day service (Monday to Friday) on every order dispatched to mainland UK if payment is received by 4pm.

Please Note:

Deliveries will occur between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Non-mainland UK customers should allow 2 - 5 working days (after dispatch) for delivery. Customers in the highlands and surrounding areas should expect their goods within 3 working days after dispatch.

For large or heavy items we may need to call prior to delivery to make special arrangements. 

A signature is required on all deliveries.

To eliminate errors with short-supply TonerCart maintains records of the weights of each item in the order and the total weight of the order. This quickly confirms if an item/s has been missed out before dispatch.

Fulfilment of orders

Although our company carries a large amount of stock items, we occasionally receive orders on items that have recently run out of stock. If you have placed an order on an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted with the following options to resolve the issue:
• An estimated date of when the item will be available.
• An alternative product to your satisfaction.

Business Returns Policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

No returns will be accepted or processed without a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number being issued by TonerCart Ltd. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability and compatibility of goods BEFORE purchasing.

Your statutory rights under the 'The Sale of Goods Act 1979' (including amendments) are fully supported by TonerCart Ltd. The 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000' do not apply to business purchases.

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please email our Customer Care department info@thetonercart.co.uk to arrange a return & request a RMA.

You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed "as new". Once the goods have been received by the Company's Returns Dept, they will verify that the goods meet the above criteria and will issue a Credit Note, (by email), to the Buyer.

The Buyer can then present the Credit Note to the Company to effect a refund, (or replacement, if required by the Buyer) which will be made within 7 days of the Credit Note being received by the Company.

You will be liable for all administrative costs associated with the return of the goods, and this may well constitute a restocking fee which you will be advised of when arranging your return. Returns must be adequately packed and the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the day of receipt of goods, or on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again "as new."

The Buyer must ensure that goods returned will be returned in the original packaging and shall not destroy, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging on or relating to the Goods.

If the goods normally carry a serial number, in no circumstances will goods be accepted for return if the serial number is either absent or erased.

Faulty Goods within 30 days If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund.

Goods must be received by TonerCart within 14 days of the RMA number being issued.

TonerCart will not be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods.

Any return found not to be defective or with faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse will incur a return freight charge.

When an item is to be replaced or refunded the goods must be in original packaging, and with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faulty goods where the fault has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Prices

Prices will be as specified on the website and are exclusive of
Delivery Charges and VAT.

The Total Price (to include Delivery Charges and VAT)
will be stated on the Acknowledgement of Order.

VAT @ 20% is applied to all orders except for VAT exempt Channel Islands
